Bulletin Board

The Association maintains a bulletin board to post information about water deposits, leases, and completed transactions:

• Deposits: Water that a depositor has placed in the bank for lease, along with the asking price.
   
• Leases: Potential buyers of water and the price they are willing to pay.
   
• Completed Transactions: Actual deposit/lease agreements showing the final price paid.
   

The bulletin board is also used to list prospective sellers and buyers of water rights. The Central Kansas Water Bank Association is authorized to facilitate the sale or lease of water rights.
