Bulletin Board

A bulletin board was established to post deposits, leases, and completed transactions.

  • Deposits represent water that a person has placed in the bank for lease by another person or entity and the cost of such water.
  • Leases represent potential buyers of water and the price they are willing to pay for such water.
  • Completed transactions represent actual deposit/lease transactions and reflect the price paid for the water.

The bulletin board is also used to post listings of perspective sellers and buyers of water rights. The Central Kansas Water Bank Association is authorized to provide services to facilitate the sale or lease of water rights.

The table above lists individuals that have requested to be posted as sellers on the Bulletin Board.
