This summary page is not the final, submitted report to KDA-DWR. This summary can be amended prior to submission to KDA-DWR without the knowledge of the Association. Therefore, the Association does not accept submission of the water use summary page.

Water users can submit their water use via paper forms as well. The Association will only accept these paper forms if they are complete and have a receipt stamp from KDA-DWR. This is the report is acceptable for submission to the Association.

The KDA-DWR online water use report system produces a highly-legible water use report. This is the preferred form for submission to the Association.

New this year, our website is able to accept water use reports (PDF format). See the section above for example forms that are acceptable for submission.

Like previous years, water use reports can be submitted to our staff via electronic mail. Use the button below to send us an email and attach an acceptable form.
Paper copies can be sent to our office provided that the envelope is postmarked on or before the deadline of March 1.

The Association also accepts submissions using facsimile machine. Due to the limitations of the technology, Association staff may request an alternative submission method if the transmission is not legible.
